Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 24 hours or more notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee and general conditions
We require a minimum of 24hour notice of cancellation for you to avoid a cancellation fee.
You will receive an appointment confirmation text prior to your session, this is a good time to confirm or cancel your appointment.
If you cancel with less that 24 hours’ notice you will incur a full session fee. Please note that this cannot be claimed through Medicare, private health, or 3rd party providers. This fee is payable within a week or prior to your next appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee regardless of time spent with your practitioner.
In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment in person and have not notified us within 24 hours, you will be offered a telehealth appointment, in this case the cancellation fee will not apply.
In extenuating circumstance or if a personal emergency has occurred the cancellation fee may be reduced or waved at the discretion of the Director on a case-by-case basis.
If 3 subsequent appointments are cancelled, we will attempt to contact you to determine your whether you are wanting to continue with your sessions. If we are unable to contact you, all future booked sessions may be cancelled.
